To ensure the best customer experience when using proxies, VPS, and server services at VPTS, we have officially upgraded our internal network routing to resolve lag and high ping issues caused by shared network routes.

Why is it necessary to upgrade routing?

Recently, the VPTS technical team has recorded a surge in traffic to services such as proxies, remote desktops, SEO tools, APIs... from various network regions.

Although the system remains stable, we have proactively upgraded routing to optimize traffic handling and ensure consistent, reliable speeds during peak hours.

Common scenarios when routing is not optimized:

• Response latency when accessing from certain regions with complex routing

• Suboptimal routing that slows down website loading, proxies, or RDP

• Increased ping when using applications requiring persistent connections, such as gaming and livestreaming

New routing enables the system to proactively select the most optimal path based on connection location, ensuring consistent response speeds across the entire network.

The entire routing upgrade process has been completed and deployed automatically across the system, causing no service interruptions or requiring any action from customers.

Special note: VPTS charges no additional fee for this upgrade, as part of our 2025 infrastructure enhancement investment strategy.
