Guide to purchasing, installing, and using V-Drive service 2026

V-Drive service is an online data storage and sharing service byVPTS, helps you store files centrally, sync across multiple devices, assign permissions by user/group, and securely share internally or with clients. This tutorial follows a practical flow: Place Order → Receive Delivery → Log in → Install App → Sync → Share.

Step 1: Visit the VPTS website

Go to VPTS website → select Cloud Store(Services → Storage/V-Drive)

Step 2: Choose a suitable V-Drive plan

On the service page, select the service plan according to your needs:

• On-demand storage capacity plan
• Billing cycle (month/year)
• Other options: number of users, storage expansion, ...

On the plan selection screen, you will see 2 server clusters:

• Server: V-Drive Hanoi
• Server: V-Drive Nha Trang

Step 3: Enter initialization details

After selecting the plan, scroll down and fill in the information to initialize V - Drive:

Plan (Drive Start/Pro/Creator-Streamer) you will createUsername & Passwordright under the "Provisioning Information" section below. Once completed, your account is ready for immediate use.

Family Plan&Businesses (Family/Company) only need Hostname initial administration. Afterwards, each user can be created and given an individual password inside the V-Drive management panel.

Step 4: View V-Drive package details

After successful ordering/payment, V-Drive service details will be updated in the areaService Management ->Cloud Store Sectionon the VPTS website.

Quick view:

• Log in to your account on the website.
• Go to sectionCloud Store→ ServicesV-Drive
• Here you will see information such as: current plan, capacity, expiration date, and related items to get started.

• To view detailed information, please select the... (Settings)at the top right of the service package

This is the screenV-Drive Administration (Overview)in the service management area ofVPTS.Here you can quickly check important information such as used storage, number of users, validity/renewal period, service status, and identifier. Below is also the V-Drive login link with a Copy button so you can quickly copy it and start using it immediately.

Note:If you do not see the service displayed, check that you are logged into the correct account used for the purchase or contact technical support withHostname/Service IDfor fast support.

Step 1: Get login link

After purchasing the service, go toV-Drive Administration → tab Overview. On the Login line, you will see the V-Drive access link (red box in the image). ClickCopyto copylink, then paste it into the browser and open it.

Step 2: Log in to V-Drive

On the V-Drive login screen (pictured below), enter:

• Username or email
• Password

If using a personal computer, you can check Remember me to save your login. Finally, click Log in to access the system.

After logging in, you will be taken directly to the V-Drive file management page. Here, you can create new files, upload, search, and manage data under Recent / Favorites / Shared / Trash. If there is no data yet, the screen will display "No files" as shown.

Step 1: Create the first user

• Log in to the V-Drive Admin page using an administrative account.
• Select the Users tab → click Add user.
• Enter user information: Username, Email, Quota (GB) (if needed), Password → reconfirm password.
• Click Create user to complete.

Step 2: Get login link

Sau khi add usercompleted, you go toV-Drive Administration → tab Overview. On the Login line, you will see the V-Drive access link (red box in the image). Click Copy to copy the link, then paste it into your browser to open it.

Step 3: Log in to V-Drive

On the V-Drive login screen (pictured below), enter:

• Username or email
• Password

For Family/Business plans (from 1 user and up), you need a Hostname/administrator account to manage and create additional users in the V-Drive Admin page. The 1-user plan uses only 01 account and does not support creating additional users.

Step 1: Go to the "Add User" page

In the V-Drive administration page, select Users → click Add User.

Step 2: Check package information

At the top of the screen, the system displays:

• Capacity: total package storage capacity
• Number of users: number of users created / total allowed users (e.g. 0/10) and remaining slots
• Server (Host): server running your V-Drive service

Step 3: Enter details for the User to be created

Fill in the fields according to instructions:

- Username: user login username (recommended lowercase, no spaces, without accents, easy to remember)

- Email: user email for account identification and notifications

Note:Enter the user's correct email

- Quota (GB): storage allocated specifically for user

• If you enter> 0: user can only use up to the exact GB allocated
• Must not exceed the system maximum limit (per plan)

- Password: login password for user

- Re-enter password: re-enter to confirm (avoid typos)

Step 4: Create user

After filling in, click the buttonCreate user(bottom right corner).

Step 5: Check results

The new user will appear in the Users list. You can useUsername + Passwordjust created to log in and start using according to the allocated Quota.

During use, if you forget your password or want to reset it to enhance security, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Open the password recovery page

On the V-Drive login screen, click “Forgot password?” (right below the Login button).

Step 2: Enter account or email

On the Password Recovery page, enter the Username or Email of the user needing a password reset, then click “Reset Password”.

The system will display a notification: if the account exists, a password reset email will be sent to the registered email address.

Step 3: Check your email and click the "Change Password" button

Open your email inbox and search for an email titled "DRIVE VPTS GROUP reset password" from VPTS.

In the email, click the “Reset Password” button to go to the password reset page.

Note:If you haven't received the email yet, please also check theSpam/Junk/Advertising.If you haven't seen the email yet, please check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.

Step 4: Enter new password and confirm

On the password reset page, enter the New Password and click “Reset Password” to complete.

Step 5: Log in again

Return to the V-Drive login page and log in with the newly created password.

Step 1: Go to the Users list

In the V-Drive Administration page, select the Users tab to view the list of existing users.

Step 2: Select the user whose password needs to be changed

On the row of the user you want to change, click the Settings button (Action column).

The system will open the User Settings section below

Step 3: Enter new password

In the Change user password section, enter:

• New password
• Re-enter password (to confirm)

Note:Password requires at least8 charactersaccording to system requirements.

Step 4: Confirm password change

Click the Change Password button to complete. After that, you can use the new password to log in for this user.

Step 2: Install Nextcloud Client

• Open the downloaded Nextcloud Client file on Windows.
• Click Next/Installto install with default settings
• Once installation is complete, clickFinishto open the Nextcloud application

Step 3: Connect Nextcloud to your account

• Open the Nextcloud app → select Log in
• In the Server address box, enter/paste the V-Drive link (e.g., https://nhatrang.webtui.vn) → click Next to continue.

Step 5: Confirm connection and grant permissions

• The Connect Your Account screen appears → click Log In.
• On the Account Access screen → click Grant Access to allow the application to connect to V-Drive.
• Then, you will see the Log in to DRIVE VPTS GROUP screen → enter Account name/email and Password → click Log in.

Step 6: Choose sync folder (Local Folder) and sync method

After logging in successfully, Nextcloud will ask for sync configuration:

• Local Folder: the folder on Mac used to store synchronized data (can be changed using Choose different folder).
• Select the sync method as shown in the image
• Once completed, click Connect to start syncing.

Step 2: Install Nextcloud Client

• Open the Nextcloud Client installer file on Mac.
• On the welcome screen, click Continue.
• Select the standard installation type and click Install.
• When it states Installation was successful, click Close to finish.

Step 3: Open Nextcloud and select "Log in"

Open Nextcloud app → click Log in to add an account.

Step 4: Enter Server address (V-Drive link)

In the Server address box, paste your V-Drive link (e.g., https://driver.webtui.vn) → click Next.

Step 5: Confirm connection and grant permissions

• The Connect Your Account screen appears → click Log In.
• On the Account Access screen → click Grant Access to allow the application to connect to V-Drive.
• Then, you will see the Log in to DRIVE VPTS GROUP screen → enter Account name/email and Password → click Log in.

Step 6: Choose sync folder (Local Folder) and sync method

After logging in successfully, Nextcloud will ask for sync configuration:

• Local Folder: the folder on Mac used to store synchronized data (can be changed using Choose different folder).
• Select the sync method as shown in the image
• Once completed, click Connect to start syncing.

Step 1: Download the Nextcloud application

Open Google Play → search for Nextcloud → click Install to download the application to your device.

Step 2: Open the app and select Log In

Open Nextcloud app → select Log In to start setting up your account.

Step 3: Enter VPTS V-Drive link

In the Server address box, enter/paste the V-Drive link (e.g., https://driver.webtui.vn) → click the arrow to continue.

Step 4: Log in to account

The app will navigate to the Sign in to DRIVE VPTS GROUP screen.

Enter Username or email and Password → click Log In.

Step 5: Confirm connection&grant access permissions

The app will show the Connect your account screen → click Log in to confirm.

Next, the Account Access screen appears → click Grant Access to complete the linkage.

Step 6: Complete

When you see the 'Account connected' message, you have finished setting up V-Drive on Android.

Step 1: Download the Nextcloud application

Go to App Store → search Nextcloud → tap Get/Install

Step 2: Open the app and log in

Open Nextcloud app → select Log in

Step 3: Enter VPTS V-Drive link

In the address input box, paste the V-Drive link (e.g., https://driver.webtui.vn) → click the arrow to continue

Step 4: Log in to account

The application will switch to the DRIVE VPTS GROUP login screen.

Enter Username or email and Password → click Log In

Step 5: Grant access permissions

After logging in, the system will request access permissions. Click Grant access to complete the linking

When you see the message 'Account connected', you can close the notification and begin using

• Get the V-Drive link on the V-Drive Admin page (Login section) or in the service handover email.
• If you cannot log in, check that the username/password is correct or contact VPTS technical support with your service ID for quick assistance.
